Licensed Lead Risk(s)
A lead-based paint risk assessor who has been licensed for at least 2 year.
Experience in asbestos, mold, and Phase I a plus. Local travel. In addition, the candidate will able to work independently as well as direct technicians on site. Accountable for all aspects of a project and working within time constraint. Interacting with business owners, regulators, and tenants and must have ability to understand the needs of and communicate appropriately with each. All records and reporting will be done electronically, excellent computer skills a must. NJ Risk Assessor license a plus but not required
Field Inspector/Technician

Lead, Asbestos, mold, Phase I, environmental remediation work, construction related health & safety experience or a higher education degree a plus. Good computer skills a must, some travel, team player. Candidate must have valid driver license & dependable car.
